Initially, the owner of this building wanted a subtle maximum of ten floors of office space. What was designed was a tower dipped in muted colors with a seemingly uniform sets of windows.
The main challenge of this project is to create an office building that doesn’t feel convoluted in its attempt to adorn the form. It wasn’t tall enough to have a sleek massing, so the best decision was to embrace it’s chunky form, while still maintaining a playful design.
